Yesterday lost in a neighborhood

stopped to buy vegetables in a Farmer’s Market

the place was so crowded with holiday shoppers

that I began to have a panic attack, ducking into

a dark restaurant, ate for the first time at 300

The illusion that I was unsafe and full of fear

faded and then in my mind imagined a protective

force,one that would guide me home again

both are illusional in basis, both of my imagination
